Bookings and Reservations

All reservations made at Oliver Hotel are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email upon successful payment.

• Reservations must be made by individuals aged 18 or older.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
• We accept major credit cards for payment.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date will incur a one-night charge.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged for the full stay.

Room Usage and Conduct

Guests are expected to use the hotel and its facilities respectfully. The following rules apply to all guests:

• No smoking is permitted in the rooms or public areas of the hotel.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically mentioned as part of a pet-friendly package.
• Guests must not disturb other guests or damage hotel property.
• Any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property will be charged accordingly.

Liability

Oliver Hotel will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to use the safe provided in their room for valuable items.

We are also not liable for any personal injury or illness incurred during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

Force Majeure

Oliver Hotel will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, or governmental actions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Oliver Hotel is located. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this country.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Oliver Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates.
